By signing up to this NHS East Genomics e-learning platform, you agree to have your details stored by NHS East Genomics for the purposes of communicating with you infrequently about relevant updates, events, and resources related to genomic testing.

The partner trusts for NHS East Genomics (comprising East Genomic Medicine Service Alliance (GMSA) and East Genomic Laboratory Hub (GLH)) are Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CUH), University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust (UHL), Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) and Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH).

All responses, including your contact details, will be held in the strictest confidence and in line with the privacy policies of Health Innovation East (Privacy policy – Health Innovation East) (who host our Client Relationship Management System) and CUH (Patient privacy notice | CUH).

The information you provide will not be shared with staff outside of East Genomics and Health Innovation East and will be retained for as long as East Genomics receives funding (currently up until March 2026).
